Dave Christie was off the charts awesome about every piece of this process. Dave was equal parts therapist, sounding board, neighborhood encyclopedia, home ownership guru, devil’s advocate, vetted contractor rolodex, business adviser, strategist, and friend, and he excelled in all those roles.

Dave is the best. I learned things within the first ten minutes of meeting Dave that I didn’t hear mentioned in four months spent with a previous realtor. Dave is a strong communicator and brings real empathy, candor, and much appreciated humor to his profession.

Dave was awesome!!! He helped us every step of the way from offering ideas for house improvement before listing and staging our house. Dave had an open house for us the first weekend our house was listed and we had five offers. So thrilled!
